The Alfakel Series V2000 screens are modular elements made of 2 heat-sealed layers of PVC material (one of which with micro perforations) with an internal layer of sound absorbing material made of synthetic fiber, water repellent and mould resistant.
Each modular element has lateral pockets to allow the insertion of standard fence pipes of 45-48 mm. in diameter and off-set strips between the pipes. Another pocket on the lower side of the modules houses a strip of about 90 mm length for the insertion of reinforcements to increase the stability of the structure.
The panels can be produced in various colors and customized with thermo-sealed logos or letterings.
APPLICATIONS
The Alfakel Series V2000 screens are typically utilized to protect visually and acoustically worksites, scaffolding, outdoors workout areas and where ever there is a need for temporary noise protection.
They can also be installed on a variety of fixed or mobile supports, such as cement blocks or Jersey barriers, metal scaffolding, etc. They are easily disassembled and therefore can be re-utilized when needed. For special installations the panels can be mounted on metal or aluminum frames, or provided with lateral eyelets for flexible pipes, or suspended to existing structures.
