ALFAKEL V50/100 series acoustic screens consist of frames constructed from square-section steel bars, painted in a RAL colour of the customer’s choice, complete with rabbets and seals for slotting in soundproof and sound-absorbing panels. These are made from double-plated galvanized metal sheeting pre-painted in RAL 9002 and come in different thicknesses, with an inner layer of sound-absorbent material with oriented strands and protected with an anti-dust treatment.
Depending on the customer’s needs, ALFAKEL V50/100 series acoustic screens can be supplied in different sizes and thicknesses; they can be sound-absorbent (1 perforated metal sheet oriented towards the noise source) or dual-absorbing (2 exposed perforated metal sheets with a “septum” of solid plate between them), fitted either to be fastened to the floor or furnished with swivelling wheels for easy portability.
